Al acceder a estos sitios web de terceros pod\u00e9is decidir si acept\u00e1is o no sus pol\u00edticas de protecci\u00f3n de datos y cookies, de acuerdo con la normativa en vigor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>4.- Usuarios de la plataforma, Clientes y Potenciales clientes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se informa a los usuarios de los datos personales que pueden recogerse, de su finalidad y de la legitimaci\u00f3n de su tratamiento.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DATOS:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Datos identificativos: nombre y apellidos<\/li>\n<li>Datos de contacto: tel\u00e9fono, correo electr\u00f3nico.<\/li>\n<li>Datos de empleo: nombre de la empresa, posici\u00f3n\/\u00e1rea funcional<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">FINALIDAD DEL TRATAMIENTO DE DATOS PERSONALES:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>La finalidad del tratamiento de sus datos personales es garantizar la seguridad del servicio y gestionar sus consultas, peticiones de informaci\u00f3n o reclamaciones, mediante el Formulario de Contacto.<\/li>\n<li>Tambi\u00e9n tratamos sus datos personales para el caso que quiera trabajar en RUBATEC y haya enviado su curr\u00edculum mediante el apartado \u201cTrabaja con nosotros\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>El tratamiento tambi\u00e9n puede consistir, siempre que hayamos recibido previo consentimiento expreso por parte del usuario, en recibir comunicaciones, publicidad de la empresa, anuncios, newsletter, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LEGITIMACI\u00d3N PARA EL TRATAMIENTO DE DATOS PERSONALES<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Con car\u00e1cter general, la base jur\u00eddica que legitima los tratamientos de datos personales por parte de RUBATEC es el cumplimiento de obligaciones legales o el inter\u00e9s p\u00fablico o en el ejercicio de poderes p\u00fablicos conferidos a RUBATEC.<\/li>\n<li>Algunos tratamientos tambi\u00e9n pueden requerir el consentimiento de los interesados \u200b\u200b(recibir comunicaciones, publicidad, anuncios, newsletter, etc.). Este consentimiento deber\u00e1 prestarse mediante una acci\u00f3n afirmativa clara y se informa que podr\u00e1 ser retirado en cualquier momento por el interesado.<\/li>\n<li>Otros tratamientos est\u00e1n basados \u200b\u200ben el inter\u00e9s leg\u00edtimo que tenemos de gestionar y dar respuesta a sus peticiones de informaci\u00f3n y solicitudes en RUBATEC, as\u00ed como saber su valoraci\u00f3n sobre nuestros servicios y funcionamiento, gestionar y valorar su curr\u00edculum o enviarle comunicaciones de su inter\u00e9s sobre los servicios contratados.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>5.- Recogida de datos personales y registro de tratamiento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">RUBATEC trata sus datos personales de manera l\u00edcita, leal y transparente y limitando las finalidades para las que fueron recogidos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los datos de car\u00e1cter personal que se recogen del interesado se incorporan a los tratamientos titularidad de RUBATEC y se engloban en nuestro Registro de Actividades de Tratamiento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estos datos personales ser\u00e1n tratados de manera confidencial y de forma que se garantice una seguridad adecuada a la protecci\u00f3n de estos datos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>6.- Comunicaci\u00f3n de datos personales<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">RUBATEC no comunicar\u00e1 los datos personales sin el consentimiento de los interesados, salvo de las circunstancias previstas en la legislaci\u00f3n vigente, as\u00ed como a los Cuerpos y Fuerzas de Seguridad del Estado, Juzgados y Tribunales, Administraciones P\u00fablicas con competencia en la materia, cuando se lo soliciten de conformidad con las disposiciones legales y reglamentarias aplicables.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>7.- Conservaci\u00f3n de datos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con car\u00e1cter general, los datos personales tratados por RUBATEC se conservar\u00e1n durante el tiempo necesario para cumplir con la finalidad para la que se recogieron, teniendo en cuenta los plazos establecidos en la regulaci\u00f3n en general y, de manera espec\u00edfica en la Ley 10\/2001, de 13 de julio, y el Decreto 13\/2008, de 22 de enero, sin perjuicio, en su caso, de su puesta a disposici\u00f3n de las autoridades competentes o para atender reclamaciones. En este caso, los datos se conservar\u00e1n bloqueados hasta la finalizaci\u00f3n del plazo de prescripci\u00f3n, momento en que ser\u00e1n eliminados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>8.- Confidencialidad<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">RUBATEC, garantiza, en los t\u00e9rminos establecidos en el Reglamento General de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos (RGPD), que utilizar\u00e1 confidencialmente los datos personales de los usuarios, y que ha adoptado las medidas de seguridad de car\u00e1cter t\u00e9cnico y organizativo oportunas en sus instalaciones y sistemas. Esta protecci\u00f3n cubre todo lo referido a la recogida y el uso de la informaci\u00f3n facilitada mediante Internet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por ello, nos comprometemos a mantener y aplicar los niveles de seguridad necesarios, teniendo en cuenta el estado de la tecnolog\u00eda, la categor\u00eda de los datos almacenados y los riesgos, para proteger sus datos de car\u00e1cter personal de p\u00e9rdidas fortuitas y accesos, tratamientos o revelaciones no autorizados, y a no divulgar la informaci\u00f3n siempre que no obedezca a la estricta realizaci\u00f3n de un encargo o al cumplimiento de una obligaci\u00f3n legal.
